SINGLE CHANNEL CRATE CONTROL MODULES

The control module converts the signal from the sensor, processes it and transfers it over the established communication lines.

The modules are compatible with various sensors with standardized output signal current or voltage. To convert signals from sensors to the signal perceived by the monitoring module, an appropriate signal adapter is installed on the module board.

Module Modifications:

NCD 01хх – absolute vibration control module. The module determines the instantaneous vibration acceleration value, calculates the amplitude and magnitude of the vibration parameters, performs a harmonic analysis of the FFT, calculates the RMS in the frequency bands 10...1000Hz and 10...25Hz, and processes data in accordance with specified algorithms.

NCD 02хх – module for controlling the vibration of the rotor. The module determines the instantaneous value of vibration displacement, calculates the range of vibration displacement, performs a harmonic analysis of the FFT, calculates the RMS in the frequency bands 10...1000Hz and 10...25Hz, and processes data in accordance with specified algorithms.

NCD 03хх – module for controlling the bending/beating of the rotor. The instantaneous value of the vibration displacement is determined in the module, the amplitude (at frequencies below 600rpm) and the range of vibration displacement (at frequencies above 600rpm) are calculated, and the data is compared with the settings.

NCD 04хх – rotor speed control module. The module calculates and monitors the achievement of the settings for the shaft rotation frequency and the rotor angle of rotation, and also determines the operating mode of the machine (stationary, acceleration / coasting, barring) and the motor resource is considered.

NCD 05хх – mechanical value control module. The module measures and monitors the achievement of the settings for the parameters of the axial displacement of the rotor, relative expansion of the rotor, thermal expansion of the housings, the stroke of the servomotors, the angle of inclination of structures, etc.

NCD 06хх – process variable control module. The module measures and controls the achievement of setpoints in terms of temperature, current, active power of the turbine, supply voltage, etc.
